A resident in the West District’s Wellesley neighborhood called in advising that a dark colored SUV had been sitting in the parking lot of the pool area for over two hours and was running. Officers made contact with two teenagers in the vehicle who advised they were just talking. Both individuals checked okay and were allowed to leave the scene.
A Collegedale fugitive, being held at the county jail on unrelated charges, was booked on two Collegedale warrants stemming from the original charges of possession of illegal narcotics and driving on a revoked license.
