Collegedale Police Department Daily Report Tuesday, June 7th, 2022

A minor rear end vehicle crash was reported in the 5900 block of Edgmon Road.

EMS responded to an East District location to treat a patient with low blood sugar.

Sparking power lines were reported in the 5600 block of Tucker Road. Officers checked the area but found nothing.

Three Collegedale fugitives were booked on their warrants.

EMS responded to a flu patient in the South District.

Police were called to the Walmart parking lot for a dog left in a parked car. The car had left prior to their arrival.

Police and EMS responded to an opioid overdose in the South District.

A vehicle crash was reported in the 9500 block of Apison Pike.

Collegedale police were requested to respond to the Little Caesar’s Pizza on Lee Highway, outside the city’s West District, for an individual suffering from a mental health crisis. Chattanooga police had no available units when the call came in. Collegedale officers maintained the scene until Chattanooga police were able to arrive.

EMS responded to a West District residence and transported an elderly fall victim to the hospital.

A West District resident reported that their identity had been stolen and that multiple transactions had been made on their credit card.

Walmart reported a theft.

A traffic stop in the 9100 block of Lee Highway led to the driver’s arrest for DUI and Collegedale warrants. The passenger was was also charged for being in possession of methamphetamines.

A West District apartment resident called police because they believed someone had been screaming their name. Officers checked the complex but found nothing.

Collegedale police assisted Chattanooga homicide detectives with a search warrant at a West District apartment complex.

Officers were called to the Springhill Suites to check the well-being of an individual.

An elderly West District resident called in twice stating that people were outside their residence threatening them, but they could not be seen. Officers conducted a walk around of the home both times. There was no signs of anyone being outside of the residence.
