On Wednesday, March 5, former Brainerd High School standout Jonathan Benson’s current college team, the Sioux Falls Cougars, lost 21-14 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Regis Rangers.
The game took place at Regis Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Rangers this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12 a.m. at U.S. Bank Stadium against Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.
