On Sunday, April 6, former Soddy Daisy High School standout Jayde Baron’s current college team, the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Davis & Elkins Senators.
The game took place at Lady Jackets Field. This was their second matchup against the Senators this season.
The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 4 p.m. at UC Softball Field against Charleston Golden Eagles.
