Officers assisted a Tunnel Hill, Georgia resident who had called in about a former partner, a Collegedale resident, still having a vehicle they had shared while they were together. The Georgia resident was advised that the issue was a civil issue instead of criminal and they were referred to the appropriate jurisdiction. 

A Collegedale fugitive at the county jail was booked on a failure to appear warrant after failing to appear in court on drug paraphernalia charges. 

A Collegedale fugitive, surrendered by bail bonding agents, was booked on a bond revocation warrant from an original charge of driving on a revoked license. 

A traffic stop in the 9200 block of Lee Highway led to the occupant’s arrest for possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. 

An officer took a report from an individual who needed a police report to obtain a refund after not receiving an item they bought on Ebay.

Two individuals begging Walmart customers for store items and then returning them for cash were asked to leave and given trespass warnings for the Walmart property at the request of store management.

A single vehicle crash was reported in the 10600 block of Apison Pike after a vehicle drove into a ditch. 

A traffic stop in the 5000 block of Little Debbie Parkway led to the driver’s arrest for driving on a suspended license.  

A residential burglar alarm was activated in the 5600 block of Landrum Drive. There were no home owners on scene. Officers checked the outside of the house and found no signs of forced entry. 

While doing routine business checks night shift officers located an individual sleeping behind the ice coolers of a West District gas station. The individual was checked for warrants and allowed to remain on the property.
