Power lines and several poles are being replaced on Hunter Woods Drive after a passing garbage truck brought them down this morning.
Our volunteers had reports of a small fire that started from the live wires. The fire was out on arrival, and crews used thermal imaging cameras to assure the fire had not spread to the residence.
As of this post (1:15pm), EPB has arrived on scene, and repairs have begun. It could be several hours before work is complete. Several blocks of Hunter Woods Dr & Woody Trl may be impassable as crews work.
