Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Miller-Motte Technical College-Chattanooga

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Miller-Motte Technical College-Chattanooga, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Tennessee students paid $20,140 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $8,740 more than the $11,400 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 49 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 256 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.3 million and 257 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.6 million.

Including all undergraduates (526), 526 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.4 million, and 518 students took out $2.7 million in federal student loans.
