The Chattanooga softball team will host Georgia State at Frost Stadium on March 30, inviting fans to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness. The event aims to honor breast cancer survivors, those who have lost their lives to the disease, and their families.

The Pink Game is part of a broader effort by the Mocs to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer. Attendees are encouraged to dress in pink attire, and pink hats sponsored by Erlanger will be distributed at the gate while supplies last.

Chattanooga leads the all-time series against Georgia State 14-12 and has won the last six matchups. The Mocs hold a home record of 6-4 versus the Panthers and previously defeated them 9-1 in Atlanta during their most recent meeting. This season, Chattanooga stands at 12-20-1 overall with a conference record of 1-5. The team has several standout players contributing both offensively and defensively.

Georgia State enters the game with a record of 20-17 overall and is hitting .326 as a team this season. McKenzie Walker leads their offense with a .422 batting average, while Makayla Stephens anchors their pitching staff with a 2.26 earned run average over more than 130 innings pitched.

Tickets for Tuesday’s game can be purchased online or at Frost Stadium starting one hour before first pitch. Live stats and streaming video are available through GoMocs.com.
