On Friday, April 25, former Baylor School standout Avery Shamblin’s current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, won 10-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Shockers this season.

The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Wilkins Stadium against Wichita State Shockers.
