On Thursday, May 8, former East Hamilton High School standout Ashlynn Watkins’ current college team, the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Bears this season.

The Railsplitters’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 2:30 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Tusculum Pioneers.
