On Wednesday, March 12, former East Ridge High School standout Ally Goodwin’s current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, lost 12-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 1 p.m. at The Vick against Tusculum Pioneers.
